Your data is yours. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, and appeal or complain to a privacy authority.

How to Exercise Your Rights

Use Delete Account in the Star Unshaken app or email starunshaken@gmail.com from the address connected to your account. Describe whether you want access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or another privacy request. We may verify your identity before acting and will respond within the period required by applicable law.

Account Deletion

Deleting your account is intended to remove your profile and associated user-created content, subject to limited retention required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or transaction records. Deleting your account or the app does not cancel an active subscription; cancel it through the store used for purchase.

Sale, Advertising, and Non-Discrimination

Star Unshaken does not sell personal information and does not use journal content, mood data, or Lola conversations for third-party advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Controls

You can control optional notifications through app or device settings and change Lola personalization or memory where available. Contact us to ask about analytics or other privacy choices.
