Lola and certain Star Unshaken features use artificial intelligence to generate responses, prompts, summaries, organizational suggestions, and other content.

How AI Processing Works

Text you submit to an AI feature is sent to OpenAI's API to generate a response. This includes vision goals and art preferences for illustration generation and relevant planner tasks or imported appointments when you request AI planning help. Relevant conversation context may also be sent when personalization or memory is enabled. Star Unshaken may store your prompts, responses, and saved memory as described in the Privacy Policy.

AI Is Not a Human or Professional

Lola is an automated system, not a human, therapist, counselor, doctor, crisis worker, lawyer, or financial professional. AI output does not create a professional relationship and is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency advice.

Important Limitations

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, repetitive, or inappropriate. It may misunderstand your meaning or confidently state something false. Review important information independently and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.

Your Choices

You decide what to share. Avoid entering information you do not want processed by an AI provider. Where available, Lola personalization and memory controls can be changed in Settings. Turning memory off limits future personalized use but does not by itself delete existing account content; use account controls or contact us for deletion.

Safety

Never rely on Lola during an emergency. Star Unshaken and Lola are not monitored for crisis messages. If you are in immediate danger or may harm yourself or someone else, call emergency services.
